The straight answer is no. The Feel Great forum is here to give good solid advice on how to make easy gradual changes in your lifestyle that will become habitual and therefor help you lose weight and become healthier. We will cover everything from life style choices, different ways to get exercise, spend our leisure and wrk time and have fun, changes we can make to how we buy prepare and eat, happiness and confidence building. Those who join over the next few days will be working towards your first target weight at Easter. Target Weight is the weight you realistically want to achieve. This wll vary for every member. I always advise to stay within your healthy weight range and lose weight gradually so it stays off. We will set your target weight together privately and set mini goals so you see steady successes along the way. I'm looking forward to celebrating each and every success!
